The OSW Difference

The Old School Wrestling  (OSW) Training Center was established to offer wrestlers the opportunity to bring their skills to the next level.  OSW provides the highest quality in training, conditioning, technical instruction, and competitive mentoring to grade school, high school aged and college level wrestlers. 

The OSW Coaching Staff is dedicated to making each wrestlers that enters our facitility into the best possible wrestler they can be.  Our staff has not only helped train some of the top wrestlers in the country, they are some of the top wrestlers in the country and still activily compete in national tournments!
